However, if you happen to find the same product at a lower price from another online retailer within one month of your purchase, we’ll happily refund the difference. Likewise, if the price of an item you purchased is reduced on our own website within that same period, we will also honour the new price and credit you the difference.

To request a partial refund, simply email us within one month of your order date and include a link to the identical product on the competitor’s website. Once verified, we will promptly process your refund.

Price Match Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

Our 100% Price Guarantee is designed to ensure you always receive competitive pricing. To keep things fair and transparent, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be purchased from our website before submitting a Price Match request.
  • The product must be identical in every way, including brand, model number, specifications, and colour.
  • The lower price must be currently advertised in print or electronic media (e.g. online stores, catalogues, or other published advertising).
  • The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • The competitor must operate as an online-only retailer and be located within Australia.
  • The competitor must be an authorised retailer of the product.
  • The total price comparison will include the item price plus applicable shipping, taxes, and charges.

The following are not eligible for Price Match:

  • Promotions such as rebates, clearance offers, buy-one-get-one-free deals, bundled offers, or limited-time event pricing.
  • Prices exclusive to clubs, memberships, third-party marketplaces, or offers not available to the general public.
  • Auction, marketplace, or discount aggregator websites (e.g. eBay, Overstock, etc.).
  • Products listed as refurbished, seconds, blemished, damaged, or ex-demonstration stock.
  • Pricing errors where the competitor has issued a correction or retraction notice.

How to Request a Price Match:
